Significance of user_hold_flag in po_headers_all table.

Hi,

I am debugging a price upload issue for a specific GBPA. While analyzing, i found that the flag user_hold_flag in table po_headers_all is set to N only for the GBPA for which we are facing the issue. I checked the etrm but was unable to get idea on the significance of this flag. Any one knows the same?
