Customer type defaulting behaviour in Depot Workbench when Clicking on New Customer button -R12.2.8

Hello ,

We are seeing a defaulting behavior inconsistency in Depot Workbench when clicking on New Customer button.

Below are the steps :

1. When a new Repair order (service order) window is opened. See that Customer Type on SR header is defaulted with Customer Type as "Organization"

2. When Clicking on New Customer button to create a new customer see the customer type is defaulted as "Person" instead of  "Organization".

Attached screenshot for the inconsistency observed.

Want to check is the behavior by design or are there any profile setting to default Customer Type as "Organization" instead of Person  when clicking on New customer button. This flipping of customer type is causing issue for service agents when creating Service Orders.
