BPA: Conslidated Bills VS Adjustments

Hello All,

We do have Loans module and works fine no issues, Functional User is trying to show if a customer has 3 different loans(1 amortize,1 forgiven & 1 deferred) to see them all in on Balance forward bill. 

Forgiven loan/Deferred Loans are not showing as they get adjusted after get billed.  And BFB doesn't show adjustments. 

Is that correct?
