Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Need help to change cell color in RTF template

Env: EBS 12.1.3

I have a calculation column, defined as <?xdofx:decode(P_RT,0,'',D_RT div P_RT)?>

How can I change the color to red when the value is > 40%, and to yellow when the value is between 25-40%?
