ORA-27125: unable to create shared memory segment

Below error is coming in linux exadata machine. It has enough page space and memory. Still we get this error.

Please advise.

SQL> startup nomount

ORA-32004: obsolete or deprecated parameter(s) specified for RDBMS instance

ORA-27125: unable to create shared memory segment

Linux-x86_64 Error: 1: Operation not permitted

Additional information: 6068
