Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Getting an error Error: The Parameter is incorrect when I try any menu item in BI Publisher Addins i

I have Word 2016 and BI Publisher Add-Ins are installed.

However , when I try to click on any menu item in the BI Publisher Add-Ins, I get an error message "Error: The Parameter is Incorrect".

Please help to find an answer
