Personalize the Exchange Rate Type LOV in AR Trx and Receipts

We are trying to hide specific Exchange rate types (User) on the transactions and receipt forms. We would do this trough form personlizations owever we cannot get the sql from forms developer as the exchange rate is entered on a different form that pops up. Does anyone know ow to find this form name?
