Solaris 10 zone queries

Hi,

We have a M9K and M5K servers running Solaris 10. There are NG zones provisioned in M9K running as production and NG zones in M5k as DR standby server. The DR standby NG zones are not running, except when DR is exercise.

Since DR exercise is only exercise around 2 to 3 years interval. No one is paying attention to the NG DR zones. When I check the zonepath of the NG DR zones folders now, it is empty. There is no root, lu, dev, "lost+found" folders in the DR zones. Is it normal? The DR zones can only be startup when the production NG zones are shutdown because there will be an zpool export from the production NG zone and zpool import to the DR NG zone. How do I verify whether it is normal that the zonepath is empty for
