Using "SIS OM PC Service" (vanilla BS) method "Get Next RowId" in Siebel Call Center IP16

in Siebel Business Process & Functionality (MOSC) Question

Hi Experts,

I want to use "SIS OM PC Service" (vanilla BS) method "Get Next RowId" in our Siebel Call Center (IP16).

And Siebel Call Center being a Horizontal Application, there shouldn't be any license or usage restriction for this BS.

Please correct me if i am wrong.
