how to install Patch 30128197 - Oracle JavaVM Component 12.1.0.2.191015 Database PSU on standby dat

Hi,

Good day to all the community members.

i was trying to install patch 30128197 OJVM patch October 2019.

what is the correct procedure to install it on a standby database. (the patch readme says "This patch is not Data Guard Standby First Installable")

My environment has Single node database with one physical standby database.

DB Release 12..1.0.2.

This patch is not Data Guard Standby First Installable ? what exactly does it refers to?

Please confirm the below procedure for October CPU patches

Patch 29918340 - Database Patch Set Update 12.1.0.2.191015

patch 30128197 OJVM patch October 2019.

i)Shutdown primary database

ii) Shutdown Secondary database

iii) install the DB psu 29918340 & the conflicting patches on standby site.
