Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible to upload an RTF subtemplate to an XLS template?

My client requires a document. PDF with bar charts and pie charts.

my client, in addition to this, wants an .xls document with these bar charts.

In principle, what was done is to generate an RTF format with excel output.

However, my client wants the data generated directly in the excel.

For data tables, there is no problem in generating the corresponding XML.

My problem is that Oracle Bi Publisher desktop, by default, does not let me generate charts.

In the face of this situation, I can think of a couple of questions.

Is it possible to call a subtemplate from an .xls template?
