UBE going into Error on 9.2.0.5

Hi Team,

I have an instance of 9.2.0.5 on Linux.

When I submit any jobs, its going to S status and then settling at status E within 2 seconds.

I am seeing the below log in the QUEUE kernel. I am not seeing any errors in any other logs.

27896   Wed Feb 12 09:21:28.444001      ipcmisc.c355

        IPC3400005 - error exec'ing runbatch, errno 2: No such file or directory.

Can you please suggest what could be the issue here ?
