We have received multiple reminders after updating certificate for SAML

After updating our certificate for SAML we have received multiple reminders to update by February 20. The first reminder said it needed to be updated by January 20, that update was done successfully. We have since received two reminders saying the update must be done by February 20th.

Does the update need to be done again?
