OWB (11g) Login Issue

Hi Team ,

We have an issue in our OWB setup   , we have an user called OWB_USER , we created this user to create OWB DW flows . This particular user has all privileges to access for limited number of schemas(in other words this user doesn not select any privilage) which is required to define DW flows .

Please kindly refer the screen shot attached . first screen shot refers to that , it can connect to the DB using SQL developer and the 2nd screen shot conveys the login failed  it cannot be accessed using OWB . Due to geographical restrictions (GDPR , our team works outside Eurpoe) we cannot access the OWB instance .
