How to include Buyer's note on the Response to Requisition change request notification going to requ

Hello,

Can someone suggest the solution to below issue

When Buyer rejects the Requisition change request with a note of reason, But the requester don't see the rejection reason anywhere on the notification he/she receive.

Requester want to see the reason for rejection. Any idea how can we put the message on the notification page (Response to Requisition 140254 Change Request(1,200.00 CAD) .......) that Requester gets?
