Multiple Week Certified payrolls

On occasion we need to process multiple Interim payrolls to pay an employee missed hours on a Prevailing Wage Job.  Is it possible to set up multiple interims and then process them all at once and have the certified reports correct?

I want to make sure that if we process a correction for Week 5, Week 8, Week 10 on the job all at once that when we run the Certified reports it shows on the reports as corrected for those weeks.
