What is Program ID "EP4314"? (JDE E1)

Hello,

I have a question about JDE EnterpriseOne Xe.

I am looking at Purchase Order details in Purchasing Ledger.

I found program ID "EP4314".    What is that program description?

I know other program IDs such as EP4310 (create purchase order).

What happened when program EP4314 was executed?

Was that a reversal of a payment voucher?
