Impact of changing the payroll calendar

Hi,

Actually we are facing the issue in Feb month journals. Feb-19 journals from Payroll ,effective date becomes 02-MAR-19. Please find below screenshot.

We found the issue is because of calendar setup in Payroll. Please find below screenshot.

If we change the payroll calendar date for the period FEB-20, from 01-FEB-2020 to 28-FEB-2020. What will be the impact?

Kindly help on this, we need to run the payroll by 20th of this month.
