In Xla_ae_headers table, there is a description column.

For Ex. In our Organisation, the description column contains this data.

3449000977 || SIEMENS LOGISTICS AUTOMATION SYSTEMS BEIJING CO LTD || 1 || 设备弱电线缆更改为冗余配置，导致需要布控的弱电点位增加 - Changing of redundancy configuration for network leads to increasing of the network points.

I want to know from where it is fetching the column data.
