Accounting Setup status in Progress

hello

We have created a new Legal Entity.  Creating Accounting setup, Created Primary ledger status is Green tick, reporting currency, Assigned balancing segment status ok. intracompany balancing rule, sequencing all are ok,

Intercompany Accounts status is in progress.

Operating unit does not show OU.

Status of Accounting setups page is in progress.

Try to create OU , default context value LOV does not show any value.

Stuck up.Pl suggest
