State Requirements for ACA Reporting

State of Delaware received notification from the State of New Jersey indicating that we are required to provide NJ with a 1094-C for employees that work in Delaware but reside in NJ. New Jersey also suggested that we can send the entire 1094-C file, however Delaware will not provide them with records they have no business having.

Will Oracle be providing a program where a 1094-C extract can be pulled by State?
