Why Sometimes Prompted to Log Into EBS?

I created a new integrator in eBS 12.2.7 and then created the document/spreadsheet.  It works great except that sometimes when I do the Oracle Upload it prompts me to log into EBS and to select responsibility.  I just select the Desktop Integration Manager and it all is well.  This might even occur if I've previously logged into EBS and that session is still active.  Is there a setting to control this so that it doesn't prompt me to login?
