2019 ACA Phase 1 vs Phase 2 patch timing

Hi -  A couple of questions

  1. Can Oracle confirm if the 2019 Phase 1 Affordable Care Act patches for 12.1 and 12.2 that were released on 1/16/2020 include what is needed to electronically file with the IRS for the 2019 reporting year?
  2. Or did it just include what we need to print the 1095-C's to get them to the employees?
  3. I know you are working on Phase 2 to include updates for new filing requirements for New Jersey and Washington D.C. and I was not 100% clear if that also meant the main filing due to the IRS on 3/31 requires the 2019 ACA Phase 2 patch.
  4. Can you provide any updates on anticipated timing of the Phase 2 ACA patch?
