Edelivery Download manager not working

I'm not able to download any softwares from https://edelivery.oracle.com/  using Download Manager. Individual file download is working fine on both  IE10 and Chrome v74.

When I select all required files and hit download Button it downloads Oracle_SSN_DLM_nnnnnnnnn.exe file and when I open it says 'oracle download manager there are no products in your library' in status.

Can someone help me to find a way to get around this please?
