Quarterly Tax Payments

We use PeopleSoft for both HCM & Financials.  We're dipping our feet into the water of extracting and vouchering the taxes we withhold from employees (versus manually paying via wire transfers).  Right now, we're extracting>vouchering for one state, and we pay them every pay period.

We have another tax for the same state that needs to be paid on a quarterly basis. 

I wanted to see how others are doing this - I think it can be done relatively easily by:

1 - Extracting the taxes that need to be paid on a pay period basis

2 - Running Send Vouchers to AP with the payment date = check date for the pay period
