Closed for Receiving PO is accepting new receipts

Hi There,

PO that's marked as Closed for receiving at Shipment level, is accepting new receipts , my expectation is if it's "Closed for receiving" it should stop processing new receipts.

Can you please give some guidance, why is it accepting new receipts?
