incident rule set order OEM
I have one major rule which sends a call to an external ticketing system for all events from metrics associated with Database Instance
But for one metric, I only wish to send an email, so I set up a new Rule Set, and directed events for Status to an email. This Rule Set I ordered above the general Rule Set.
But for some reason both Rule Sets are used during the event, so I receive an email, and I get a call to the external ticketing system.
I presumed that an event is only processed once, but it looks like all Rule Sets with rules associated to an event type are used.
