The solution provided to this 'not authorized' error is to add two roles --- has anyone been able to get this to work simply using the permission list (HCCPPY1220)?  Or is the solution, truly use two delivered roles?  And if the solution is to use the delivered roles, does anyone know, WHY?

Oracle Support Solution...

1. Make sure to provided these two roles for the employee who is having the issue.

2. Delete the App server cache by rebooting (OR) bouncing the App Server and also delete the internet browser cache
