FA-FA Mass addition create is taking more than 2 hrs

Dear expert,

In my organization FA invoice volume is average 300 per day , when ever user are running Mass addition create program in AP post invoice validation & accounting ,it is taking more than 2 hrs ,some time 3-4 hrs.

What will be the reason , please help to provide some solution to fix this issue.
