Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Error in invoking Web Service while calling a Business Service from Siebel Workflow

Hi All -

We are getting an error while invoking a Web Service from a Siebel Workflow. The complete error message is:

"Error invoking service 'ServiceNowSoap', method 'execute' at step 'Call Proxy BS'.(SBL-BPR-00162)--

HTTP Request error during 'Submitting Data SendHTTP request': 'Status code - 401'(SBL-EAI-04117)"

We have a go-live on Monday 17th. Any help in resolving the problem will be highly appreciated.
