R122 Vision instance forms are not opening after installation

Hi All,

We have installed R122 vision s/w on Solaris 10 and installation was success. able to open login page and self service pages, but when i try to open forms each time its asking to download oj2se 1.6.0.27 all the time. forms server is up and running.

used below start CD

Oracle E-Business Suite Rapid Install Wizard Install log

   >> Using Rapid Wizard Version  : 12.2.0.49_0
