SSO, MFA and Submitable PDF Tax Forms

Hi -

We are looking at implementing SSO and MFA and I'm wondering if that is going to break the PDF tax forms we JUST implemented.  With SSO and MFA is it really necessary to have that authentication as part of the tax form submission? Has anyone removed that authentication from the process? I've not looked at how hard that is to customize - I think I looked at turning off the authentication on the service operation but I'm not sure if that is the right place to do it. Thoughts?
