Benefit Deductions for Med/Den/Vis Premiums From 26 Pay Period to 24 Pay Periods

Good Afternoon,

Finance dept. would like to move deductions to a check date vs pay-period end date. Also want to move the MDV premiums to 24 check dates vs 26. Can anyone share what would be the best practice to do this, and share any pros and cons on how to best implement for Finance, Benefits and our employees.
