While running addnod.sh it gives Database home availability: Checks the presence of database homes

Hi I am trying to add a node to a existing two node rack and the precheck runs fine with no errors but when U try to execure the addmid.sh (grid home) I am geting below error and the operation stopes

INFO:  [Feb 15, 2020 12:01:46 PM] verificationResultSet is null hence over all status is not printed

INFO:  [Feb 15, 2020 12:01:46 PM] -----------------End of failed Tasks List----------------

I have created and given the permissions to all the database homes that are currently set in the source nodes! I am not sure what this script is asking
