EBS R12.2 login page is not opening

Hi ,

I installed new EBS 12.2.0 Vision  in linux server, everything installed successfully but Login page not opening,but web-logic console is opening ....

DB &application services running well at backend.

And also Toad & sqldeveloper  not connecting to Database.

Please help me.....
