New Install 9.2 - TL9240001 ASI fails

Below is the screenshot of the error. I am currently installing a fresh instance of 9.2 TR 9.2.4.1. This is happening after installing UN4 update. I can see that a similar error for TLS9210001 and solution is to apply a 9.1 bug Bug 24426505">Bug 24426505 per Doc ID 2402710.2. But if I try that, the release match error occurs (9.1 vs 9.2).

Has anyone encountered this?

Any comments/suggestions are welcome.
