When a recruiting team member inputs Application Assessment answers on behalf of a candidate we have

We have a situation and i would like to know if anyone else has experienced the same problem and knows what is causing it.  When a recruiting team member inputs Application Assessment answers on behalf of a candidate we have a situation where the second candidate to be input will now have the first candidates assessment questions and answers pre-populated.  To make things worse the system then uses the test and answers from the previous assessment to mark the second assessment we have now clicked into.  This is occuring even when the assessments attached to the vacancies are not the
