Tuning for TDE online encryption?

Hi everyone!

We've started using the 12.2 online encryption functionality, but are having a few problems improving performance.

We've been trying some in session force parallel commands, but are not seeing any benefits. We're also restricted from using any custom resource manager profiles.

Does anyone have any tips for speeding it up?
