Premier Support and Continuous Innovation release model for the eBS R12.2 technology stack

We've understood (from here) that eBS R12.2 will have Premier Support and a Continuous Innovation release model until at least 2030. What does this mean for the technology stack? For example, the current eBS technology stack (from eBS 12.2.9, MOS Doc ID 2559770.1) contains Forms and Reports 10.1.2 which run on OAS 10.1.2. OAS 10.1.2 is certified on Java 1.4 at best (from here). Java 1.4, OAS 10.1.2, Forms / Reports 10.1.2 as separate products have had their end of Premier Support in dec 2011 (here). We fear that not all security vulnerabilities found in newer versions of these components will be backported to the versions used by eBS. This would mean customers using eBS will be vulnerable / at risk. What will be the path forward here? Will Oracle provide backports for vulnerabilities found in newer versions of components in the technology stack (keep components like OAS 10.1.2, Forms & Reports 10.1.2 and Java 1.4 secure)? Or as an alternative, (when) will the technology stack be updated in order to remove these components?
