Failed ODA Patch Update 18.0.0.0 on X6-2HA

Hello

X6-2HA Patch from 12.2.1.4.0 to 18.0.0.0

Due to a few different issue the ODA Patch Bundle failed at the confgToolAllCommands check.

It was running cluvfy stage -post crsinst -collect cluster -gi_upgrade -n all command, at this point the cluster was unresponsive to a number of factors.

I rebooted the nodes and the ADVM reslivering occured as the pre-patch had not been applied.

ADVM reslivering completed in about 2 hours

I manually ran the cluvfy on both nodes and crsversion and patch is the same on both nodes and upgrade state is [NORMAL], 18.0.0.0.0 patch level is [3769208751]

However I can not get the clusterware to start on both nodes.
