Added Order Line not included in PO ACK

Hello, I created  sales order with 4 lines and booked it, but I did not run the 855 extract.

I then realized that I had missed an item, so I added that to the order.

When looked in oe_line_ack table, the added row was not there.  I ran the 855 extract anyway, but the 5th line is not appearing in the extract.

Does anyone have any ideas why the new line, added after booking, is not appearing?
