Reset W-4 Exempt Process

Hello,

We are trying to use the Reset W-4 Exempt Process and noticed that it inserted the row for a 2020 effective date, but did not change the W-4 form version to '2020 or Later' . Is this how it should be for 2020, or is it a bug?
