DD description override

We are trying to override column title using Jargon Code 41, default language 'blank'  in the DD setup for a DD item PRP7. However after making the change in the DD, when I inquire on the application P41026 from the menu ( with Jargon Code 41, Product Code 41) this override column title description  does not show up. Can you please tell us what are we missing here.

The  Column PurchReportingCode7 (PRP7) was brought over to the  application P41026 using form extension.

Also, what is difference between Row Description Vs Column Title in the DD setup window. Which one will show up on the inquiry application for example P41026 for a column.
