It's possible install Oracle Secure Backup on OCI (DBAAS)?

Hello,

I have two instance in OCI where one instance is configured as mgmt and the other has client installed. However when i try to add the client in mgmt server i get below error.

I can ssh back and forth between the two instances without password.. Is this error specific to OCI instances? I have entered host in /etc/hosts on both source and target servers.

OSB version is 18.1

[oracle@ocisrcdb1 ~]$ obtool

ob> lshost

ocisrcdb1        admin,mediaserver,client          (via OB)   in service

ob>  mkhost --inservice --role client --certkeysize 4096 130.126.xxx.xx

Error: can't connect to OB host 130.126.xxx.xx - No route to host
