Workspace Version OM Parameter

Is there an Object Parameter to set the Workspace Version to use? instead of “Latest” Version, I want to use a specific version. 

normally I would do an Inspect but in the case of Portal Application (Siebel CX Partner Portal), the Inspect and all workspace functionality isn’t working so we set the integration workspace name on the OM level.

Please let me know if you’re aware of any OM parameter where we can set the WS version.
