Bug 9129264 : CAN'T FIND AN INACTIVE TELEPHONE ENTRY IN R12 UNDER CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION TAB
Receivables Customer Setup Details - R 12.1.3 - As there is no longer the enhancement feature within Oracle Support I have been asked to register this enhancement request here by Shropshire NHS Trust , Our customer is finding this a real problem as these inactive telephone numbers are not stored in the communications tab and feel that this should be a very minor issue to address for Oracle and not require much development
Does anyone else in the community require this enhancement ?
