Multipath disk with a missing partition on one node out of a 3 node cluster

Hello

Server A out of a 3 node cluster was rebooted on Sunday evening after 600+ days of being online (no updates/patches were applied).  After the reboot, one of the 97 multipath disks on Server A is missing the partition for mpath179, whereas Servers B and C (not rebooted) have partitions for mpath179.  I've attempted to re-synchronise partitions across the servers but still server A doesn't show partitions for mpath179.  As a result of this, Oracle services will not startup on Server A and comes back with "ERROR: CRS_4535.  Cannot communicate with Cluster Ready Services, CRS isn't connecting to the cluster".

Howdy, Stranger!
