Peoplesoft default RGL rows - With default schedules

Hello all,

Our customer is using People soft T&L system.

As per our current system, when TA process runs , system generates default 8 hours per day for the bi-weekly time period.

Is these payable time rows generate by using schedule?. If yes, if we remove schedule from employee, is there any effect now?. Our main business rule is that they don't want to generate any payable time by using the schedules when TA process runs.

What ever they key in on Timesheet, needs to generate payable time and get paid.  We configured and using T&L since 2004. Please advise us what is the best approach to meet our business rule?
