Managers not approving the absences timely

Hello All,

We are using Absence management and we are facing an issue of "Managers not approving the absences timely" or not approving or denying or taking no action at all.

Is there any way I can set up the requested absences so that they can get approved automatically within a specific time? for e.g. within a week? or before I intend to finalize the monthly absence calculation?
