LDAP Security Change - SSL Enablement for EBS

Dear All,

Greetings!

We have an existing data integration between EBS and Active Directory.

Background :-

In the March 2020 Windows patches, Microsoft will be modifying the security for connections to Active Directory that will prevent simple LDAP binds that are not encrypted. All connections to LDAP after the security change will either need to be digitally signed or configured to use SSL. Certificates have been deployed to all domain controllers so that LDAPs connections can be made on port 636 rather than 389. The SSL  port for a Global Catalog connection is 3269 rather than 3268.

As part of this – we will need to enable SSL for LDAP connectivity for EBS R12.1.3

Howdy, Stranger!
